At Copain Boulangerie Patisserie, we bake a full range of traditional breads and patisserie on-site at our bakery in Ponsonby.

Our range of artisan breads includes sourdoughs, multigrain loaves, Viet sticks and burger buns, or try a brioche loaf - perfect with jam and butter.

We’ve got dessert sorted too, with a delicious selection of sweet treats made fresh on site or at at our sister patisserie, La Petite Fourchette.

Break bread with friends and family with one of Copain’s signature loaves.

Our two styles of baguettes are baked the French way. Our country style is made with 10% rye flour for a richer flavour, while our traditional white loaf is made using a tried-and-tested French recipe.

Each day we hand roll our baguettes and dry the bread after baking to create our signature crispy crust. Delicious for lunch, the perfect accompaniment for dinner - bon appétit!

Grab a coffee and a pastry from our bakery in Ponsonby. Our handmade range of viennoiserie, including pastries, donuts and chouquettes.

Our show-stopping selection of sweet treats are made on site at Copain or at our sister bakery, La Petite Fourchette in Auckland’s CBD.
